Eating Disorders
We are here to support those who live with eating and body image difficulties. Maggie Ives, MSW, LGSW, is one of our lovely therapists. She currently is leading a support group with people 18+ that goes for 8 weeks, meeting every Wednesday. See the flyer below. She plans to do another with teens and younger audiences soon. Maggie’s positivity, kindness, and bubbly personality makes this challenging work feel empowering.
Maggie has experience working with eating disorders in multiple levels of care, including outpatient therapy and residential treatment. She is passionate about helping clients explore their relationship with food, body image, exercise, and self-esteem. Maggie's approach is gentle and supportive, and she enjoys helping clients differentiate between their eating disorder voice and their genuine self.
If you are interested in partnering with Maggie as a potential client, or to inquire about a future group and/or other resources, contact Maggie
