I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I strive to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment for my clients to reach their goals and full potential. I have a passion for helping others and ensuring that everyone feels heard and seen. I believe therapy is an incredible tool that can help individuals understand themselves and their lives better to make meaningful changes. I aim to walk alongside my clients through all the ups and downs life has to bring.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading, painting, going on walks, spending time with family and friends, laughing, and playing with my dog and cat. I am also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor.
