“What mental health needs is more sunlight, more candor, and more unashamed conversation.” — Glenn Close

I’m really glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support takes a lot of courage, and I see you in that. Life can get heavy, and no one should have to carry it all alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported—where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment or expectation.

I work with individuals who feel disconnected from themselves in some way—whether due to past trauma, ongoing stress, or patterns they are ready to shift. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based techniques while incorporating creativity, humor, and genuine connection. I believe therapy should be a place where you can do meaningful work while also feeling comfortable enough to bring your full self into the process.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and EMDR-trained therapist, offering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for those looking to process distressing experiences. Whether using EMDR to reprocess trauma, exploring coping strategies for stress, or working toward personal growth, my approach is always tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

My professional background includes work in group homes, juvenile detention, crisis counseling, in-home therapy, and adolescent day treatment. These experiences have shaped my perspective and reinforced my commitment to meeting clients where they are with empathy and respect.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with loved ones, caring for my plants, and spending time with my dog, Otis. I believe healing is not just about what happens in the therapy room but also about finding balance and connection in everyday life.

Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and space for meaningful change.
